SONY ARTISAN OF IMAGERY - KARTIKI GONSALVES
As a Filmmaker, Adventurer and Environmentalist, my journey with Sony has brought state-of-the-art imaging tech to help me make dreams reality. For me, its the relationship between nature and humans, and an intense passion for adventure into my work. My focus is on environmental and humanitarian issues, bringing about new perspectives and a deeper public understanding to challenging topics such as the untold issues of the current status of need for a more natural world, uncovering hidden stories of women and children, the issues and effects of climate change and conservation.
My work has taken me to many countries and continents, including some of the most remote and beautiful areas of our planet. Photography and film making is my way of expressing myself and is a journey both external and internal. The stories are a strong responsibility and with which I have a goal to that they have a lasting impact. At the moment, I am working on a number of photo documentation and film projects and this is the gear I use to bring my stories to life.
